Would not recommend this location. I called and they kept transferring me back and forth to a call center and the actual store.... Neither would take my order they told me they were too busy to take my order. Read more

Hate leaving negative reviews but this was definitely deserved? not sure what has happened to this place over the past year but,... well? it?s not going well. I?ve canceled three separate delivery orders over the past year or so after seeing the expecteddelivery time would be over two hours? would be nice to know that before ordering. Decided to try again this evening, but wentfor the pickup option to see if that helped. Ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni- Papa Track said I could collect it after between44-58 minutes. Randomly checked after 20 minutes? said pizza was ready. Glad I checked? Picked up the pizza, got it home? wrongorder. Sure it was a pepperoni pizza but it wasn?t stuffed crust. Only found that out when I ate my first slice down to thecrust itself. Called the manager - explained what happened. No apology, nothing like that? was told that she could Re-do theorder but I would need to bring the pizza back myself. Not cool? When I told her that there were a couple slices gone - was toldthat if I?d started eating it then she couldn?t replace it. Really? Last time I get my pizza from Papa Johns. Shame as I reallylike their pizza. Service at this particular branch in Johnson City on the other hand, sucks. Would recommend getting your pizzaelsewhere. Read more
Honestly would give this zero stars. We ordered our pizza at 9:40 to feed our family and they cancelled our order at 10:15... leaving us no time for other food options. It was unprofessional and lazy. At least call us immediately after we placed theorder to tell us that you can't fulfill the order so we could have made other arrangements. Read more
