My group visited on a Saturday around 1:45 PM. There were only a few people there in restaurant with a lot of staff standing... around. We waited 15 minutes for a waitress. We ordered sandwiches and burgers. Our group waited for our food over 30 minutes,then inquired what the hold up was. The manager was not apologetic and rude. We told them we needed our food, bill, and to goboxes as we had somewhere else to go. He decided to pack everything to go. It took another 15 minutes to get our food and checkout.
