Place was a mess and staff could care less about their customers. We ordered out food w one other family in the dining area and... we waited for well over 25 mins for 2 burgers fries and drinks. Cleanliness is not top priority here for sure and staff are notaccommodating at all. Read more
Candy and Mike have gone above and beyond. This location was so busy from 7 -9, when I drove by. We waited 25+ minutes. Got our... food after 28 mins. It was cold sadly. The staff are trying so hard to fulfill and satisfy. Friendly and caring yet understaffed for a weekend. I try to be very reasonable with food service, and about HALF the time I’m here I get decent service with a correct order. And... it’s fine. I don’t mind asking nicely to fix things. The issue I have is when I specifically try to make it to breakfast,make it in time, wait for 5 minutes for someone to just COME to the register, give up, go through the drive-thru, and they tellme they’ve now stopped serving breakfast. Tried to place an online order 10 minutes before, but it won’t let you submit itunless you’re on-site. What is the point of online ordering if you can’t order until you’re there anyway? I'm at this location a lot because my wife works near it. Normally I'm irritated whether it's the sound on their intercom or... when their "ice cream machine is down" BUT last night the manger, Michael and his crew that worked the evening shift for 10/8was amazing! They were kind and very helpful with my adult cactus meal chase! Lol much love to them and please whoever is incharge take care of that staff! Much love again Johnstown crew! Read more

Save your time and money and never go to this location. You’ll sit in front of the screen to order for 10 minutes before even... being acknowledged. We ordered an egg McMuffin meal with hot chocolate and 2 sausage McMuffins. They didn’t have hot chocolateand for the food we got 2 sausage McMuffins and a third sandwich that consisted of just cheese and sausage, no egg at all sodidn’t get the egg McMuffin at all. The staff was running around inside the restaurant clearly not even attempting to do theirjob never mind doing it well. Will never probably go to another McDonald’s again and especially not the Johnstown location.I’d give this place negative stars if I could. Read more
