I go to this Starbucks daily but no more. The service is very slow then when you finally go to get your drink it is not correct.... The staff takes the time to convince you that your drink is correct instead of remaking the drink correctly. When you ask forthe drink to be remade they are extremely rude and continue to tell you that your drink is correct. Everyone makes mistakes butall people at this store need a class on how to make drinks and customer service. Apparently it is known that this Starbucksisn't great and now I agree also! Read more
Since I've been sitting in line for 25 minutes I have some spare time to write a review. This specific location seems to really... struggle with staff, half the time theyre closed and when theyre open it takes my entire lunch to get something from the drivethru. I'm going to be late getting back to work now because im stuck in this drive through. Whoever is overseeing this locationneeds to send some help. Read more
The wife and I ordered two drinks from the app, and we were stunned at how well these drinks were made. Like really sweet back... at the quality of the drinks. Whoever worked there on the evening of October 16th 2022 needs to have a raise and teach otherlocations how to make drinks. Please keep up the great work! Read more
