I travel a ton for work to cities all across the US and this by far is some of the best Indian food I've ever had in my life... right here in Johnstown. Really, really good! 5 stars! Read more
We've been visiting the area. We live in Manhattan. We've had good Indian, nothing we've had in the past has been as favorable... as this West End Curry House. We keep going back ordering again and again. We expected to eventually get tired of it, or atleast get to the point where we felt like we had our fill. That hasn't happen. It is simply the best food. We are sad to leaveit. We will bring as much as we can with us back to the city. We will freeze it, and when we run out, we will make the decisionif it's reasonable to drive 6 hours just to have one of the best tasting foods you can get in this world. Read more

First and most importantly, outstanding curry!! Spicy, but not too hot, the basmati rice was perfectly cooked, so light and... fluffy. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. Mango Lassi (pineapple and mango drink) was delicious, but you betterlike mango. The naan (fried bread) was extremely delicious. This is great food for take out, bring it home and plate it up.Eating in the restaurant is less fine dining, paper plates and cheap plastic utensils. Read more
