I would rate this a ?0 star? if that was an option. There has been no one at the counter since 4pm to take my order and other... customers come and go. I had to revert to KFC next door which has service just as bad since. The KFC employee gave my order tosomeone else who later returned it. They made my order again but messed up the original order. 10/24 about 3:45 pm. At the drive thru I ordered cheeseburger and small onion ring and a whopper with cheese extra tomato and... easy onion and a small fry. Worker taking order was very pleasant and food came quickly. I went in bag to get a fry and theywere cold and hard. I then checked my whopper and the meat was cold. My Grandaughter didn?t care if her food was cold or notbecause she was embarrassed to say anything. I told her no this is an important lesson. I paid for hot food and that is what Ishould be getting and not settling for something else. I got leftovers that apparently were sitting out for a while! I tappedon the window and the worker took my whopper and fry back that I wanted hot food and shortly thereafter a man in a black shirtopened the window and said that if I wanted something hot next time tell him to get it off the broiler and shut the window. Theoriginal worker gave me a new sandwich and fry I asked him who that was in the black shirt that he was very rude to me and myGrandaughter. He said that is the manager and his name is Alex and he?s like that! I asked if there was someone here above himbut he shook his head no.
