Went there one day a week ago to discover it was closed due lack of staff. Went again on Tuesday of this week, with the same... results. Then I called on Wednesday, and I was told they were open. So, I went back the next day (Thurs.) only to discoverthey were again closed due to lack of staff. Not a good start for this location. Read more

Called to place order. Whoever answered opened with yo. Thought I had the wrong number. Asked if I had grill island. His... response was "yeah what do you want". I wanted to place an order. He seemed bothered, than told me to try and call tomorrow,they quit taking orders at 630 on Wednesday. After that I responded with the way you answered the phone and spoke to me Iprobably wouldn't be calling back. He said good dont. I never leave reviews. This is a new business that should want customers.That definitely Is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I would hope the food is out of this world because the restseems to be less than perfect. I'd stay away. Happy falafel is down the block. I ordered from them.
