REVIEW SPECIFICALLY ABOUT THE JOLIET LOCATION. Food is great at all locations consistently, price reasonable BUT CUSTOMER... SERVICE here terrible specially because it?s the manager. Had it been a regular employee I would give them my business stillmaybe after talking to a manger but being that is who is the problem, no. Today 10/26/22 went to order 2 employees there. I?man officer I presented my ID & badge for 1st responders discount. Daylon at register (BTW Very polite guy. There is anotheremployee named Fernando I believe not there today who also Is very professional) states he is new on register looks stressed.Looks for discount, my order was $44.45. Applies it says discount is $1.11 off, it?s incorrect. I tell him patiently I think heneeds to apply to all items maybe did only 1. He is still polite says he is not very good at register & immediately decides tocall someone on phone & tries to correct it. He then applies it differently and I pay and put the entire leftover amount I wouldhave paid into their tip container. I?m sitting waiting he is super nice and brings me my food at table I?m waiting for it wasto go. Suddenly a woman approaches me in regular clothes and says in a nasty tone ?discount is only 25%? I politely say Iunderstand but I knew it was not 1.11 so I waited patiently when I saw he got on his phone. I ask who she is. She then says sheis the manager. I explain all the times I came it was a Hispanic guy manager that would apply it it?s how u know about her.Responds very nasty ?I?ve been here over a year & I?ve never seen u?
