Not even a busy day I spent $60 on a 40 piece package and lots of extras all the wings were overcooked and hard and out of the... four sauces I picked none of them had sauce on them looked like it was all they had left and used a drizzle method. The staffwere arguing then a manager came out yelling that they needed to get it together talk to their expo and then instead of help shewalked back where she came from. Waited almost an hour for 2 small boneless wing combos, and when we finally got our food the wings were soggy and room... temperature. Not fresh at all. Me and my boyfriend order from this location all the time and never have had bad service besides one time. Tonight we ordered a... small boneless wing combo and a small voodoo fry. My boyfriend got home from picking up the food , we open the bag to my friesBURNT AND HARD. My wings , plain when I ordered them garlic parm. Mind you he drove from Plainfield to Joliet. I called to askfor a refund because what we received, was not what we ordered. The manager told me I needed to bring back my food for a refundor for them to remake it. I told him no I wasn?t doing that and he told me that was my problem and hung up.I?ve worked in thefood service for 6 YEARS, and will never treat a customer how he just treated me on the phone.
