I arrived at this Captain D?s at 10:50am. The door was unlocked and there were vehicles in the drive-thru. The manager tells me... that they don?t open till 11:00am. I respond with the sign on the door says 10:30am and she again say they don?t open till11:00am, but the sign says 10:30am, the door was open and they were waiting on vehicles in the drive-thru. Today, the service was less than acceptable. I went through the drive thru and received a cold, hard spicy giant fish sandwich.... When i returned it, they were not in any hurry to get my food back to me. Instead, i waited inside the lobby for nearly 20minutes. I guess they were teaching me a lesson. I explained to the lady that I am a regular customer so I know how the sandwichshould be. She wasn't rude. But, they didn't apologize or anything. To say the least, I was disappointed this time. I will saythat I've never gotten my food cold. It's always cooked at time of order. The staff has always been kind as well. So 3/5 becauseof the long wait. Read more
