Our order consisted of multiple orders for myself and colleagues?. Gumbo was way too salty, fish was over cooked (but let?s be... real, I?ll gladly take it over-cooked than under-cooked), hush puppy had no flavor and very dry. Best gumbo I ever had! Multi-layered flavors, homemade taste. Cup serving size was as big as a bowl! Boudin was yummy but... others might prefer spicier so use the hot sauce and Cajun seasoning that's right at your table! Plenty of Crawfish in creamyetoufee. I liked that I could actually taste the okra in the crisp fried okra. Well-seasoned, crunchy breading on the friedpickles spears. Hard to do with juicy pickles! Friends enjoyed the fried catfish. I had the BEST steak I've had in ages. My husband destroyed some crab legs. The kiddos had chicken strips and Gumbo. Everyone... happy danced and left stuffed. Best food around! Read more
