If somebody put a decent Taco Bell in this town, they would make a killing. Same problems with this one and the one on Southwest... Drive, always out of something, takes forever for them to even ask what you want at the drive thru, half the time they don'ttake cash, half the time they don't take cards, have to wait up to 20 to 30 minutes sometimes just to get to the second window,and they will quit taking orders all together when they get too many DoorDash orders in. I don't expect a lot out of Taco Bell,but I do expect fast food to be fast. Food never tastes bad though, that's one redeeming factor. Only Taco Bell worth going tois the one way out on Parker Road by the Walmart. Make the extra drive, avoid this and Southwest at all costs. Read more
I will no longer be eating at this taco bell. I understand I'm not keeping this establishment afloat but everytime I come here... they mess something up. This time I'm pretty sure they just gave me someone else's order that was sitting on the counter forhours and added soft tacos. It was inedible, cold, and wasn't what I ordered. Read more
The card service was down in the drive thru. Could only take cash, had to go into the restaurant to order. No one acknowledged... me had to go to the kiosk to place order. Then I had ordered sauce and no one put it in the bag. The cheesy thingy didn't tastegood. Really not a good experience in the restaurant. Saw the manager get frustrated with another customer because the customertold him the order was missing something!! Read more
Grills are always down at night, and when they aren?t down the food is always burnt. the WORST Taco Bell in Northeast Arkansas.... If you want good Taco Bell and service make the drive to Brookland instead of going here. There is one thing that thisrestaurant is consistent on though and that is the terrible service and terrible quality items customers can count on receiving. Read more
