the dwarf house is such an adorable location! i stopped by on the way home from the airport and was very pleasantly surprised.... the employees were all extremely friendly and enthusiastic, and everything was efficient despite it being super busy when i wasthere. i have wanted to visit one of the dwarf houses for a while and i am glad i finally did! We came by on 9/1/22 at 7:20pm we waited and waited it was now 7:35 we did not move. If the facility has cameras this can be... verified. We couldn't leave due to curbs, I went inside the back was loaded with kids. I asked for a manager and this youngguy came up he explained there was a very large order?? Instead of moving the car up everyone waited. Horrible Service. Wefinally received our meal at 743 at this slow food service. Hire some mature servers instead of this unproductive staff. Read more
I've been to the Jonesboro Dwarf House several times but this is the last time I order a salad from this location. I ordered a... $9.19 (before tax) Spicy Southwest Chicken Salad for lunch today & this is the skimpiest salad I've ever received from anyChick-fil-A. I should have checked it before I left the drive-thru but I figured it would be okay, it's a Chick-fil-A salad.Man, I was wrong! The salad didn't even fill the bowl completely. If this location is struggling they should advise the consumerin advance, we'll understand. I would have ordered something else instead of receiving less than my money's worth. Read more

The waffle fries are NEVER fresh, I?ve had to take them in on the establishment several times after ordering from drive thru... the manager appear to be ?friendly? but obviously they aren?t checking the quality of the food! This morning I ordered the 3count chicken tenders with sweet tea I specifically asked for the fries to be cooked fresh, I spoke with manager ?Brandy? aboutthis situation and she was argumentative advising ?The fries don?t hold longer than 4 minutes? which prompted me to respond backwell are you all (the managers) checking the QUALITY OF THE FOOD before handing it out to the customers? I advised her next timeI?ll take down the rep name who ordered and the person at the window along with my receipt AND a pic of the food if it?s notfresh next time since I?m feeling my ?integrity? is being ?questioned, I openly admitted I prefer the chic fil a in Morrow (fewmore mins away) but I was pushed for time so I had to come to this one completely unacceptable!
