I have been here many times because I love McDonald's, but I'm sick of this location. The lobby will be closed during times when... it's supposed to be open, and when it is open it's dirty on the floors and tables. I almost never received condiments. Justmoments ago I went through the drive thru and ordered the two breakfast burritos meal (no drink per my choice,) and I ordered aMcgriddle. When I got to the serving window I inquired about syrup, and was told that costs extra, and that one is not allocatedwith the meal. To my further dismay I was only given one salsa pack for my two burritos. Thanks McDonald's of Jonesboro forturning one of my favorites into dread. Read more
I was served a heat-lamp warmed item, instead of a fresh one. How is it that very few people dine in, yet the restaurant is not... clean and the bathroom is filthy?
