Food was ok, service was rude. I asked for a small cup so I could put my own water in it to give my dog and the lady said "we... have to charge for all our cups". I said that's fine, thinking a small cup couldn't be more than like a side of dipping sauce orsomething. Then she said I owed her $1.67 for a (small, empty) cup.
