Coffee is ok, don?t order food. Apparently you have to go get your own food from the window. For a non-local this is something... that I was not informed of. By the time I went up and asked, they said it?s right there, and it was cold. Just get coffee!!! Read more
Every location in town doesnt know how to make a cold drink smoothies are watered diwn juice with warm whip on top chillichinos... are like flavored milk they dont have patience to crush ice so they water down the drinks when they handed us our drinks theywere already starting to look separated and gross we got watery strawberry juice so gross and it cost $14 im about to find a newplace to go for my morning mocha because they are usually cool or extreamly hot i have gone to heritage every day for over 15years and am so happy when i find a well made drink i feel every drink i order should be good not once in a while Read more
Great and friendly staff. We needed to pickup up a quick breakfast to go with our coffee and they had good quick selections... including a vegetarian burrito and assorted breakfast sandwiches. Read more
Ordered two coffees and a breakfast melt and chicken wrap. Waited 20 mins for our food. One kind barista asked if we are still... waiting for our food and checked it for us. After about 8 more mins I asked another barista if our order was ready she said ?itwould be ready when it?s done ? with a snarky tone. Stellar customer service would be to look through the tiny window and get aETA on our order. The other baristas said usually orders take 10-15 mins however we waited 20 mins for a to go.
