I was so hoping to have a positive experience due to the high food ratings but I have to agree with several others about the... very poor service. We came in at 5:30 on a Friday night and were seated right away. We were told by hostess that she couldn’tfind any menus and after waiting for about 15 minutes, we asked again for some and she found a couple. Waited another 10 minutesafter that for someone to greet us and take a drink order. The waitress brought a couple waters and my husband’s soda but Ihad to wait another 10-15 minutes for my wine (now we’ve been there 1/2 hr). Mind you, it wasn’t really busy and there werea lot of staff on. We ordered the poutine and a wedge salad for an appetizer and for dinner, my husband ordered the specialburger and I ordered the mussels. After some time, the 2 appetizers and my husbands dinner came out ALL at the same time whichwas disappointing but ….not my mussels. I waited to see if they would follow and they did not. After about 20 minutes I askedour server about it and she said that she would get them. Needless to say-she didn’t.. they never came and after being therewell over an hour, we just wanted to leave at that point so we asked her to just cancel them. There seemed to be no manager insight and nobody seemed to really care about service or pacing and our server kind of gave us an attitude- certainly nothingresembling an explanation or attempt to save the experience. . It’s really a shame because the food was pretty good. But..wego out too infrequently to deal with the bad service to go back. There’s just too many other good places around here. I hopethey can fix this issue with more manager support and better training for the servers. Read more

Made reservations for last Sunday around noon. It was to be an enjoyable time for my wife on her Birthday. Hostess was... wonderful. Very pleasant and engaging. Server was not. He was very low energy, not personable/engaging. He took our drink orderand after waiting 20 minutes for drinks we left. The place was not busy and we felt abandoned. Read more

We had a rehearsal dinner for my son & bride- to- be here last week for about 20 people. We enjoyed a delicious array of items... on the menu. It was beautifully presented and every item done to perfection. Staff was very attentive yet unobtrusive. Manycompliments from our friends & family. Highly recommend! Read more

Uhm, from my previous review of a 5 star to a 2.... This was just a bad experience. Tonight was our 4 year wedding anniversary.... And all I can say is, the food was bad quality. The small cheese board is definitely not worth it, especially considering thebread tasted stale and old for $24, the board is not worth what you get! Main course was a pork porterhouse...mainly oil and thesides that were mixed in were black with the oil. My wife had the beef stroganoff and the one big piece of meat she got wasbasically fat only, which spoiled the pasta flavor and made it taste greasy. Service was inattentive, and since the place wasn'tbusy there is no excuse for lack of care for customer. I'd have understood if they were jam packed busy, but my wife and I sawthe server standing at the host stand talking with the hostess and hide in the area behind the host stand, where they werelaughing and being on phones for 10-15 minutes. My wife tried to get their attention but was ignored. All in all this was a $120wasted on a night where we did not even drink any alcohol. Read more
