Good for a fast food place. The problem is prices are similar to a full service restaurant. A cheeseburger with smallest fries... and a regular drink is $18 before tax. Fries are seasoned very well, burger patties are under seasoned. For some reason they areskimping on napkins, I did not see a napkin dispenser anywhere. They always have the best burgers and fries. There was a McDonald's next to the hotel I was staying at and I went down the road... to get my hamburger and fries because they are freshly made while you wait. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Read more
This location always has speedy service with a smile. Never had an issue with an order here, and I've been to this Five Guys... about half a dozen times so far. Virtually every Five Guys location I've been to is the same as this one - kind and efficientstaff, clean interior throughout, and outstanding burgers and fries. Read more

This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had at any location of a five guys, or any other fast food restaurant... period. I won't speak to the customer service because as a F&B manager I know how hard it is to find good help, but when I saidno onions, and he typed in Onions (without the "no") I knew I wouldn't get what I asked for. We chose Five Guys instead ofBurger King for one reason, quality. But even taco bell had better quality then the food I had today from this location. Justlook at the fries!!! These things were horrible. Soft and soggy, obviously old. Even the burger was bad. Now before anyone says"you just didn't eat it fast enough", we live five minutes away and went straight home to eat it. Hopefully this was just a oneoff bad situation, but if not corporate better step in quickly. Get you stuff together Five guys. Read more
