Excellent service! The ladies working are very hard workers, organized and quick! So nice to have this business in Jupiter!
I go here often so usually it's five stars but, if you're going to pressure people into tipping before their service is... rendered, you should at least give them good service. From now on I will never tip up front again nor should it be a regularpractice at this business or any other business. How rude is it to ask for a tip before you even have had your order filled?This is the most ridiculous addition to the post pandemic bologna. Give good service lucky to have a job lucky to get a tip. I am extremely disappointed in this establishment. Today I ordered a smoothie and a quesadilla and when I received the order it... was not the correct smoothie. I called and spoke to Cindy and she was kind and offered to make me a new one and I could pick itup after work. Well I went back to my office and went to eat my quesadilla and again that was WRONG. I called and spoke to Cindyagain and she said she would remake the whole order, I even told her I would bring everything back to show I was being truthful.She said it would be ready by 3:30. Well I went back at 3:35 after I got out of work and no order was ready. I was not mad atCindy for this but the two men who were working told me they could ONLY remake my smoothie since they were new and did not knowhow to make food. Well for me, that is unacceptable. If you are going to have staff on shift (and the restaurant was packed) atthis exact moment, they SHOULD be able to know how to make food not just smoothies. I asked for a manager and was told he wouldbe in the establishment within the next twenty minutes. Well, I am sorry but that did not work for me as I had a class to get towithin the next fifteen minutes. So here I am out of $20 from the smoothie and quesadilla I ordered and never received thecorrect or full order. I am asking a manager at this establishment to reach out and provide a refund as I did not receiveeverything I paid for and I even brought back the incorrect items to show. This entire experience has me telling my entireemployment what happened so they are not to order from here moving forward and we literally order from there very frequently.Again I am not mad at the original person I spoke with because she was kind enough to offer to remake it but I am more upsetwith the fact that you have two new employees working alone with no supervision or how to make food when your establishment waspacked with customers along with a customer expecting to get what was promised to her. On Friday 18, 2022 placed an order for a chipotle chicken Flatbread with a smoothie and as I am eating my Flatbread I noticed... something wrong. There is a squared piece of plastic inside the Flatbread. Could have been from the cheese but this is veryhazardous, unsafe, and shows the lack of awareness and standards from the employees.
