Wow, wow, WOW!!! I'm glad I experienced some shave ice on the island before going to Kula Shave Ice on the North Shore. I had... perspective - THIS IS THE BEST???? I had the Kula Rainbow with vanilla ice cream. Real fruit made the flavors extraordinarilydelicious and the ice cream was a sensation. Does this sound too good to be true? No way - go and try it for yourself, youwon't be disappointed. Also topping the favorites list were the Coconut Nutty and the iced vietnamese coffee. All high rated byour family. Read more

This place was amazing and I can unfortunately only give 5 stars. I would give more if I could! Let?s start by saying the area... is nice and kept very clean. Parking was no issue as they have a parking lot with a decent amount of parking. The orderingexperience was great. They asked my wife, ?is this your first time here?? We replied, ?yes, and hopefully there will be manymore visits.? Well I must say that it was by far one of the best experience with customer service that we have ever seen. Thepeople are super polite and considerate. The convenience to pay is great since it?s not a cash only location. I will say weonly got the Shave Ice and it was PERFECT in every way!! We had a LOT of shave ice on our trip (because why wouldn't you?) with the goal of finding the best shave ice on the island.... Hands down, this place was our favorite. The syrups were high quality. I loved the homemade mochi toppings and the deliciousmacadamia ice cream as well. We also got one with a snow cap and a Vietnamese coffee (ice coffee with condensed milk).Everything was amazing. Even better was the fact that we could have had a vegan snow cap - something we didn't see at any othershave ice place on the island. We enjoyed our treats in peace, surrounded by a tranquil tropical garden. I can't imagineanything better. If I could have, I would have spent hours there. But we had to get on the road - which was thankfully easybecause of their location. They took cash, card, and Apple pay, which most places were not able to accept. And they didn't havea ridiculous line, which kept it a stress free experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It was that good. Read more
