Vegan sushi set was excellent! Very simple ingredients but they were cooked and seasoned very well. It?s rare to see a vegan... nigiri set so thank you so much for having this!! Sake selection was impressive! Read more
The squid karaage, eel bento, and sushi were decent. The beef kushikatsu was crunchy but a bit chewy. The coffee jelly/pudding... had great flavor and texture but the mochi balls that came with the green tea ice cream was a bit hard in the middle so theymaybe could have been cooked a little longer. The hostess was sooo sweet. So kind and caring. The chirashi sushi was really good! The fish and seafood was fresh and it tasted... great. It had a lot of variety on there. 2 ahis, salmon, octopus, scallop, tamago (egg), masago (the quality of the masago wassuperb), daikon, and others. Served on top of sushi rice. The rice could be a bit more firm but it was good anyways! Highlyrecommend this dish. My kids got the salmon avocado, Hawaiian roll( ahi in it) and they loved it.
