Young staff member (female)was rude. When asked for anything we were told they didn't know how to make a pina colada , or we are... out of it . Ketchup was we low on. So we were not able to receive anymore. Honestly for the prices we pay at that cafe it shouldbe well stocked. The line was out the door. Older lady that work there we have seen several times since we've been to Hawaii andshe's always so sweet. You need to change the oil in the fry maker as well. So disappointed as every time I have visited Kona Ialways made a point to stop at that part to get one of the best pina coladas I've ever had in my life. Absolutely despicable example of exploiting customers. One of the only restaurants in the airport. Prices were jacked up beyond... what they would be in a normal establishment. $6.75 for a hot dog that can be finished in 4 bites that would normally be worth$1.50. The brunette girl that works here Tuesday May 31st needs to calm down. She gave away free ranch to airport workers then when a... gentleman was checking us out and we were paying for a side of ranch for our meal she starts getting aggressive telling him hecan't give away ranch. I stated we paid for it and she raised her voice at me stating "she's not talking to me". She was crazyand rude. Again, I want to be positive on Google Reviews. Absolutely the most disrespectful staff, the WORST food ever. This salad was... rotting. They wouldn?t even sell us an extra sale dressing. The lady at the till had a major attitude problem, and sorry, I?vebeen around the world and never seen a Caesar salad as rotten, and with carrots tomatoes?
