So I have ate at this place two times and the pizza is really good however the customer service is terrible. On the last day of... my trip to Hawaii I went into the store and asked for a Stromboli and was Informed that their was no more left in their for salecabinet. I then asked if they would be able to make me one and was informed that they don't make them in the mornings, mind youit was 1pm. no further assistance was given and my business was taken elsewhere. why own a pizza shop and deny a request for aproduct you sale. We ordered online (after trying to call and never actually getting to a person), their online ordering is done through door... dash, we ordered and paid. It was a 35 minute wait which was just fine. We arrived to grab our pizza appx 40 minutes later, tofind out that they were behind on door dash orders and so they didn't actually have our pizza in yet. They wouldn't refund usand so we were stuck waiting almost 30 minutes even after having ordered. Thankfully the pizza was good and having it be asingle size should help streamline the process but buying slices would have been a nice option. There are public tables outsideof the store to sit at.
