1 start is too much. Never coming back... very poor experience! Drive thru order was wrong. Tried to get the worker's attention... to correct it but she ignored me as I continued to say, "Excuse me" for over 5 minutes. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The food they gave me was barely subpar,and half of my order was missing,even... after I asked the worker to confirm that it was there. The customer service was also horrible and I was met with attitude when Ihad asked a question. Horrible establishment. Read more
2 stars ???? because the food was great. But the lady that took my payment was the rudest ever. She completely ignored me when... told her that she game me the wrong drink. She didn't correspond to me once completely ignored every request and was just rude.Jack in the box has some good food but the customer service at this location has been the worst service on the island thus far.
