I had a three meat platter. My friend also. Absolutely no taste. The baked beans taste just like bush's baked beans. The turkey... was actually sliced deli meat cut thick. The roll is a flour tasting dough that didn't rise, pasty texture. The BBQ sauce is sothin it's ridiculous. Besides that... the price (even if it was good) and the serving size is a joke. Read more
Went to the Kalamazoo location and I had a large group of out of town family visiting and moving my cousin in to WMU. Sarah... took such good care of us!! This was our first visit and I must say the service was amazing. Not only was the food delicious but, it was ready before we... were even finished paying. Very disappointed. Ordered online at 5:10 for a 5:45 curbside pickup. At 6 still no food. Called the store. Lots of apologies... but still no food. 6:12 food comes out. It's a 12 minute drive home. Opened bag to find food was cold and missing a side. Timeto look for a new barbeque place. Read more
