Exceptional staff who are passionate about their their craft. The food is superb. Anyone who says Wally's doesn't have the best... sandwiches in town is lying. I would eat Wally's every day if I could. Read more
Not a fan of this place anymore. I order the same sub every time I go. Somehow EVERY TIME it's messed up. Ordered a veggie sub,... got one with ham. Ordered a veggie sub asked for no mayo, got mayo. Tried to make it easier and just said no dressing on theveggie, got back to work and there's slimy sauerkraut on it. I called and was advised they could remake it...If I brought itback. I'm back at my work sitting at my desk, I can't bring it back. I said "I'm sorry I can't, I'm back at work. Can I get acredit instead?" His response was "Nope you have to bring it back." That's terrible customer service, I don't think I was outof line. I didn't even ask for a refund! Terrible customer service. My favorite sandwich shop in Kalamazoo and I was happy to see it still operating when I moved back. However the guy on the... counter is so incredibly rude I won't spend a penny there in the future. My company use to spend $2500 a year at Wally's forcorporate events. Bad customer treatment = loss of revenue. Read more
Wally's has the best bread, the finest cuts, and freshest veggies on their sandwiches. The owner takes the time to buy the best... ingredients all the time. I usually pick up 2,3 or 4 orders for my coworkers lunch at least once a week. Read more
