Not sure what has happened over the past few years, but company and customer communication?s is really lagging! I have been a... customer for nearly 40 years without any problems until recently! Always received a letter or note with newspaper ???? aboutbill payments! Now all of a sudden my Newspaper had been cut off without any notice as of why! My wife had called and we weretold we were caught up till July 3, now we are being told without any notifications that we are 1 1/2 months behind on payment!Not sure ???? why! But if this is how you business chooses to treat long term customer?s! Then I am really saddened to say thatI choose not to be part of that! After nearly 40 years of being a customer!
