Would leave negative stars and insults if I could. As this is exactly what I received when I dined in for lunch today at 11:55... on 9/25/2022. Tasha kindly called out my name handed it to me with a smile then turned around and promptly started making fun ofmy name loud enough for the whole establishment to hear. This is very disrespectful and disappointing from a place we enjoyedfrequenting for lunch while in town and always happy to support our first responders. Sadly this company will never receive mybusiness again and it?s only Penny?s out of the owners pocket so I know whoever that is won?t lose any sleep over it. Read more
So disappointed that when we went in today, the crew *made fun* of my husbands name when they called that our sandwiches were... ready. It was so completely and totally unprofessional and rude. They knew we heard what was said and I brought it up to whomI?m assuming was a manager. What was even more disappointing was that the crew member who was making fun of his name didn?t cometo him and apologize herself. Someone else did for her. They gave us coupons for free food on our return but we will not beback. This ruined it for us, and we usually have lunch here when we come into town. Read more
We LOVE our firehouse subs back home and this location didn't disappoint either. Everyone was friendly, we were informed it was... going to be a 15-20 minute wait for food when we walked in (which it looked like multiple parties walked in before us so theygot busy at one time) which we totally appreciated. Our food was delicious, it was nice to have the pop machine with a millionchoices which not many other places have had, and it was overall a great experience. Read more
