We tried Desoto Grill while visiting Glacier due to all the good reviews on here. After eating here, I believe they may be using... employee reviews or bots. When we got there, we were put on a waiting list with no wait time. No big deal as we had nowhere tobe. We watched people come in after us get put on the list and get seated before us. Again, we ignored it as we were hungry. Weget sat down and the waitress ignored us for a good minute. She finally made her way over and informed us they don?t havefountain soda, just bottles and cans. I?m not sure if that?s a Northern thing but whatever. They must be too busy selling alltheir alcoholic drinks. We ordered the combo platter with the ribs, chicken, and pulled pork. The pulled pork was god awful.Super salty and just had a bad taste. The chicken was extremely dry. The ribs were okay but not fall off the bone. None of themeats had any indication they had been smoked. The mac n cheeses were dry and hardly had any cheese flavor. Needless to say weate about half of our food out of being hungry and left. We were sick all night from the pork I?m assuming as that?s all we hadthe entire day and it tasted funny. I?d highly recommend not going here unless you?re absolutely desperate. The theme was coolbut the food I wouldn?t feed to the stray cats behind the building. Read more

Amazing food. Had the Nachos with pulled pork, Baccon Mac and Cheese, and a loaded potato with brisket and extra cheese over a... few different visits. All of it was delicious and the staff was super friendly. Be prepared to wait, but it is totally worth it! Read more

Ordered the elk sausage, grandma?s beans, and a frito pie and would happily order it all again! Make sure you?re hungry because... the serving sizes don?t skimp. Outdoor seating has some shady spots but the interior is where the atmosphere is best. Read more

STOP ??... Hands down the best nachos I've ever had. They cook their brisket for 12 hours and generously cover your nachos. This... can actually feed 2 adults. However, the smoked chicken sandwich with cheddar on a gluten free bun was definitely worthsplitting. Their corn bread and honey butter was bringing me to another level. Without a doubt you'll be satisfied with suchgenerous portions and friendly service. Read more

First off, fantastic atmosphere. Second: substantive napkins. That's when I knew this would be bona fide BBQ. We got the combo... meat platter. Pulled pork was great, St. Louis style ribs were great, and the brisket was okay (seemed to be a fatty cut, somepeople like that, but it's not my fav). Beans were thick and saucy, and potato salad was good stuff. Super nice waiting staff, who worked well as a team and appeared to enjoy each other's company. Corn bread was really good (ask for honey). Desserts:peanut butter pie was amazing, and the cherry cobbler was a hit as well. Read more
