This restaurant is a true gem. Wanted a small and intimate date night and I knew this would be the perfect place. The atmosphere... is great, the staff welcoming and they take care of you. The food is absolutely amazing. My boyfriend had the pizza and I hadthe spicy sausage penne. We ordered drinks and the waitress was very good about checking on us. The food takes time to preparebut it?s totally worth the wait. We didn?t want to rush as it was a night out for us. So much food to bring home. We would muchrather have an experience like this over a franchise restaurant anytime. Treated you like family. I cannot recommend this littletreasure more. It?s a must when dining in Kamloops. Food was excellent, service was great, but waiting time was completely unacceptable. It took 1.5h to get our main dishes, and... the restaurant was not full. No one alerted us ahead of time, apologized while we were waiting or offered any compensation. Onlyafter I left with the kids to get more food, the waitress told my husband they were missing a person in the kitchen, but stillno compensation offered. My kids missed the pool time they were longing for, and were hungry, because there was no way we couldorder more food. Read more
We sat outside. We encountered the woman who does the cooking she was fun and took the time to engage us on our likes in food.... Very informative and so friendly. They were busy we did not have reservations they accommodated us anyway. Staff wasexceptional. Meal serving was very large with some unique choices. We would go again. I was tragically disappointed with our family celebration meal that we had been looking forward to. We returned to enjoy... another great meal and time at this delightful restaurant but that was not to be last Friday night. The wait time for our 4pasta meals one pizza was over 2 hours. The quality of the meals was average at best. The service was not attentive. If you aregoing for a stay and eat all night long atmosphere then provide a steady flow of food and check the glasses frequently. Sorrybut we won't be back. Read more
