Pizza is bland with toooo much salt and seems like stake and reheated... Mam yes we were three people and ate one slice each as... we were hungry and you gave us medium pizza as we told you over the phone that eventhough it is very salty but we have eatenhalf. When my friend went to store to pick up at you store you were very rude about the survey I wrote and he called me toeither delete it or give you 5 stars but I have already seen your reply and your reply is not remorseful or apologetic... I Ordered 8 pizzas, we usually order lots from this location. Four boxes of our pizza were not even cut into slices we had to... cut them ourselves. I called into the store and wanted a refund because they were very rude and disrespectful towards me.Telling me I was lying, and that they cut all the pizzas which they didn?t. They said they would call me back to see if I canget a refund, they didn?t call and I had to text the number they gave me the next day and then said no refund. I had let themknow this was horrible customer service, and then one of the managers Jotpreet called me yelling and telling me I wasthreatening her staff because I had said I wanted a refund for the pizzas not being cut at all. She was yelling at me andtalking over me and then eventually hung up. We order here probably twice a month and spend at least $140 each order. Thiswasn?t our first problem the pizza is so inconsistent and sometimes uncooked. The customer service is absolutely horrible. Iwould reccomend no one to eat here. Ordered recently and pizza was cold and undercooked. Have had this pizza several times myself, and with friends and I've never... been impressed, especially with the prices you'd expect a bit better product and service. Also had friends be yelled at andargued with by staff over another order that was cold and incorrect to begin with when they received it.
