I went to this Starbucks location around 1pm for the first and last time today. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru, for 1... coffee. The gentleman at the window was not apologetic. And unfortunately my order was missing the cinnamon topping. I wouldrecommend driving to a different location; it will most likely be quicker. Read more
I understand when a business closes early, it happens? but the drive through should be closed or have some sort of signage. ... After about 5 minutes the car in-front of me pulled ahead. I attempted to order to no avail, pull around the drive through tothe pay window where a sign informed me that they had closed at 5pm, about an hour before I arrived. Read more
I always order breakfast sandwiches (or egg white egg bites) and ask that they NOT get heated up because by the time I get to... work, they just have to be heated again. Much to my surprise, my request that my food not be heated was DENIED! I was told theyaren't allowed. I said that I have been getting my food that way for four years from Starbucks. She said, "Not at this store. Wehave to cook it." I told her, "Yes, at this store ever since you opened...at least several times now. And the food is alreadycooked. All you guys do is reheat it." My request was refused. I had no choice but to have it heated. It was no longer hot whenI got to work. I had to reheat it! It was not great. Disappointing. I wanted to like this new place since it's in my neighborhood, but it feels rather souless. I'm here now and the... place is badly in need of cleaning. There's hair on my table and the floor looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned sinceopening day. I think Starbucks has had its moment. It should switch to straight drive thru, since it seems almost nobody iscapable of getting out of their car and going in to get their coffee anymore. Read more
