Holy Heck. This is the worst Tim's I have ever been to in my life. They are so slow, never get any orders right, not friendly,... whenever they scan my card it never discounts or gives me points. If you want to sit in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead ofyou, for 20 mins then come here. Going inside is no faster too. Only customer in the store, staff made eye contact and keptignoring me. I was standing there for about 10 mins before someone finally said 'What do you want?' worst customer service ever. Read more
Each time I've gone to this location they either seem to be out of items or give me the wrong order. This morning I ordered a... steeped tea and upon getting to work I go to drink and it is coffee. Unfortunately I cannot drink coffee so it was a waste ofmoney. The worker did not greet me whatsoever, in fact they didn't even say a word. Customer service lessons could definitely beimproved. They don't have a very good selection for donuts at 1:50pm. I don't understand why they don't make a fresh batch if they're... running low. Tim Hortons was known for their donuts and coffee, but we go during the afternoon and there's barely any left. Ican understand later during the day after dinner to be out. Stopped by the drive thru today. What a poor setup. With the road noise I had to yell for the employee to hear me. I was picking... of treats for hospital staff. I asked for some napkins to go with my order. He pulled four from the dispenser and tried to hand them to me all bunched up in a ball. I refused. You think when you buy a large number of items they could provide a stack ofnapkins. Will not be my first choice next time. Read more

Literally the WORST fast food establishment I?ve ever been to. I don?t know how they managed to get 3/3 orders, on separate days... wrong in a row - but they did! One day I asked for an iced chai tea and I was given a cup of cold milk with a tea bag in it.Next time I asked for chocolate timbits and was given a variety. The last time I went and the last time I?ll ever go, I askedfor a peppermint latte and was given an ice cold regular latte after 15 minutes in line. On tool of getting all your orderswrong or cold - you will wait 15 plus minutes in the drive thru and they never have more than one person taking orders, and Isay this not meaning to sound racist, but more often than not they have trouble understanding English. The only funny thing wasthe time they looked me in the face and called me ?sir?. Never again. Whoever owns this place needs to ask a business class. Read more
