I hired Valhalla Smokehouse to cater our corporate event. We had 85 guests who piled their plates full of brisket, riblets,... pulled pork, cornbread, baked beans, Mac and cheese and everyone was loving it! Sooooo delicious! Some of the best food for price ive had in kamloops for a long time, so far have only had 2 of the poutines and ive enjoyed them... both, the gravy was fantastic almost like the home made stuff you put on a turkey dinner and honestly better poutine thanfrenchies when they were in town however they have been gone for a while so its hard to guage.
