The phrase “we’re making it right now” has never meant so little. I waited an hour to get my completed order that I made... on line with an estimated “20” minute wait. There are only ever 2 staff on, who cannot handle the overload of online and inperson orders. I waited close to the kitchen and witnessed sloppy delivery of the product, and no actual system in place. Thestaff get frustrated when you ask for an update as they cannot handle customer service as well as actual customers. The systemis broken and needs quick revitalization, especially adding on some new staff. By the time you get your drink it’s melted.Super disappointing. Read more

Been a customer ( off & on ) since they opened. One thing that is (usually) consistent is the long wait for your drink. I've... seen 4 to 5 employees working - and it STILL took anywhere from 15 to 25 mins - to get ONE drink! Also, the employees seenjust "meh" about serving you. Been to other bubble tea places and have received friendly service. Also - been there when theydon't call out names when drinks are made - ???? Their product is decent enough though. Lastly, gotta say - their floor space/seating area is ALWAYS empty - there's room for a disco inside that joint! - unused and a waste of sq. Footage $$ for the lease. Read more
