Honestly it's time for this business to just close, or put some money into this tired, dirty, smelly, run down restaurant. The... first impression is the filthy windows. It's hard to know whether it's even open or not because the windows are so filthy. When you walk in the first door, the entry way smells like dirty feet. Walk in and the place is deserted, and no wonder. Thecarpet is old, dirty, and smells. The curtain that separates the dinning area is also gross and dirty. The menu is the sametired menu they've had for years. Get a line of credit and put some money in, or pack it up. It's nauseating to even thinkabout eating anything from there again. Read more
Walked in for dinner for 2 on a Thursday evening and was promptly rejected by the waitress rudely telling us that there were no... more tables when clearly only one row of tables were seated (I counted 5). All the tables in the middle and other sides werecompletely empty. Even if it were true, she never tried to tell us the expected wait time and was in a rush to push usout? Extremely rude waitress, extremely disappointing, and will never return to such disgusting service. I will neverunderstand how anyone can expect to run a successful restaurant like this. Please upvote this so hopefully management will seeit and make the necessary changes. This sushi place has been around for a while and I remember it being good many many yearsago. Extremely unimpressed. We thought it was going to be similar to Sushi Kan but not even close. Food took hours to come, items we... ordered at the beginning never came until the end, poor service and probably the worst sushi we have ever had. The fish wasdefinitely not fresh and the worst part is that we were the ONLY table in the restaurant - can?t imagine how the service andfood would have been if it were busy but I now see why it?s not. Reservation at 6pm and still waiting on food at 8:15pm. Wefinally said forget the rest of the order and left. Very overpriced - don?t waste your money honestly. Read more
Honestly, didn't even get more than just through the door. We tried calling several times to get a reservation and after 3... attempts gave up and just tried to walk in. When we got there the was only 1 table with three people during the prime dinnerrush. A bit of a red flag, but that aside we were informed that if we didn't have a reservation they couldn't help us despitehave almost 10 empty tables. She was not the friendliest person either. Up until tonight my kids have only ever had grocery store sushi. We decided to check out this place for supper while shopping at... Centrum and we were not disappointed. My son and daughter had a lot of fun picking out what sushi and sushi rolls we would tryand they loved everything. The sushi was fresh and well made, and the service was very good. It was nice to get a free bowl ofMiso soup. We really loved the shrimp and vegetable tempura. I would say this is a very accessible sushi place for kids. Read more
