Terrible service. Didn?t have enough change, so they ?were short? .37 on my change. Ordered a Big Mac, got a cold disgusting... sandwich hardly resembling a Big Mac. Will never, ever go to this McDonald?s again. Should?ve went to chipotle like I wanted to.Not to mention, no napkins..and we ordered 3 kids meals. Common sense isn?t so common these days. Read more
Ordered food on the app for pickup. After checking in an employee came out and said they were out of an item and we could do a... refund of the order on the app. Since we checked in to pick up, the option to cancel or refund was no longer available on theapp. Went into the store for help and got told by every one including the Manager they couldnt help, there was a place on theapp to refund. No one even bothered to go through the app to locate where it was. Ended up charging us for the meal we did notget. Had to call the bank for a charge back to get the refund. Ordering kiosks were not working. Staff didn't have cash drawer to take order. Used mobile app. Tables were filthy. Asked for... napkins and water to clean. None provided.
