Haven't been here in awhile, but we were able to stop in for dinner. The menu has been updated alot since we were here last... time, so we got to try some new items out. The bread sticks and salad was great as usual. We also had a great waitress, who wasvery friendly and helpful. Read more
First, our service was excellent! We were seated immediately which was nice. I took a risk and tried a different entree.... Looked good but not likely to order again. Not because of quality, just not to my liking. My wife actually ordered my favoritemeal which looked very good and smelled very good. We also learned why we always get three pieces of bread and not an evennumber. We've never had a problem at any Olive Gardens. Read more
Waited over an hour to be seated. When we got seated there where several available tables. Once we seat we wait another 20 mins... and no one came to take our order. We finally got up and went to the bar to order our drinks. Been here and 1 1/2 hours andfinally got our food ordered. We are there last night 7/8 at about 6:30 pm. The wait was 30 min so we chose to seat at bar to eat sooner. (We don’t... drink). However, the person assigned wait staff at bar area seemed very overwhelmed. We waited 10 min for someone to approachand give us menus, then waited 20 more minutes to be asked our order. Our teas came after 10 min and were made incorrectly. Onetasted like soapy water. Two couples who seated much after us received their food orders quickly. It took nearly 30-40 min forour food… and it was cold, not cooked and the pasta had 4 hairs in it. We never got salad or breadstick refills as requestedand took 10-15 minutes after we had to request drink refills before they came. Additionally, when first seated we never goteating utensils so when salad came we had no way to eat. It took 10 minutes to get some. We were so tired of waiting westarted eating salad with our fingers. Service was non existent, yet two managers were taking inventory in front of us in thebar area while service staff stood around on phones. We will never eat there again. Read more
