Waited 3 hours , ordered my pizza through the Pizza Hut website , they sent the order through door dash to deliver , said my... pizza was picked up and should be on the way , called after two hours manager said she would get the order right out to have thedoor dash driver there waiting , after waiting one more hour I called the dasher and they were ignoring him as he was asking ifthe order was ready , the worst customer service didn?t offer a refund nothing . Never have any ingredients or dough to make the pizzas! Always have to wait longer then my expected ready time! Pizza Huts... Customer Service isn't any better. I am still waiting to get a call from them to get my refund for my order I got back all wrongfrom back in July. Read more
By far the WORST place to go. They were almost two hours late and refused the pizza. Don't bother wasting your time people.
Pizza Hut on 70th and state avenue with the General Manager Katherine are rude very unprofessional liars and they steal from... work the disabled! My family placed an order and they let John Doe pick up family food! Now the refuse to give us a refund orshow us proof of the food being picked up! We have been yelled at and disrespected and hung up on!! No food and no refund wepayed for some other family to eat and left mines starving I give you guys a round of applause for your horrible service... Read more

I am sick and was craving some pizza so I decided to order through their app. Not to long after I got a text message saying that... a doordasher would be delivering my order. Long story short, they had told me that my food had been delivered when it wasn't. Iunderstand that this could be an issue with doordash but it was the way pizza hut handled the situation. They told me that therewasn't much to do and then put me on hold for about 10 minutes.
