Short staffed is one thing, but a completely rude order taker is another. No mobile ordering here, will not accept taco bell... coupons, and acts like you're more of a burden than anything. I ordered two meals to go, and was handed one drink. I asked aboutthe other one and the worker seemed perplexed that I wanted both drinks I paid for. Apparently ordering two meals to go isabnormal and warrants only one drink. Not sure what your application for the store looks like, but may want to add a personalityto it. Read more
Ordered our food and got told to pull up and wait. Sat there for 20 minutes no food, my bf went inside to ask where it?s at,... told us just a few more minutes. Went and waited food comes out. Missing 2 tenders, 4 biscuits, a large Mac and cheese, a largefry, didn?t get the sauce we asked for. Worst experience of my life. Read more
Taco had barely anything in it. I got it for my daughter for lunch, but didn?t have time to take it up there before she had to... go to her sport. So when I went back up there and took a picture of what they gave me the lady wouldn?t even look at my pictureall she wanted was the tacos, which I didn?t have so she didn?t do anything about it. Plus they like to jam everything in onesack now so everything is squished and crushed. I know everybody is short staff but we are already waiting online long enoughand pain enough so make us wait a little longer so we can actually get a filled taco that we?re paying for!!! It's 11:30am on Thursday and this Taco Bells diner is closed. Not everyone can fit in a drive thru. I tried to get them to... answer the door and they ignored me. Couldn't even help me out given the situation. I will never give my business to this storeor any other franchise that has the same owner. Train your staff! Read more

Staff is rude, location doesn't accept corporate coupons for mistakes they previously made on orders with food paid for but... never received, and again they forgot things from our order. This is the fifth time we have stopped at this location after aprenatal apt at the hospital, and the fourth time that we are missing either items that we ordered or received something wrongthat was supposed to be customized. We will no longer be stopping at this location, even though we drive past it twice a week. Read more
