The girl at the counter was really nice. She seemed busy, but was still very pleasant. I got 4 cupcakes and 2 creme brulee, and... the cost was $29.00 and some change. It is VERY pricey for cupcakes and creme brulees that are not big at all. The cupcakes wereNOT good, they were SO dense. I threw all of them away, it was so hard to swallow. The carrot cake cupcakes tasted of so muchspice that it over powered the carrot and cream cheese frosting. The vanilla cupcake just tasted bland and had a weird aftertaste. The frosting was so thick. We didn't even want to try the strawberry one. That being said, the creme brulees weredelicious. They are very small though, but had really good consistency and the tops were perfectly scorched. If I were to comeback, it would only be for the creme brulee and nothing else. A little pricey for cupcakes that were small and not good. Read more

The variety of desserts here were top notch, both the napolean and creme brule were amazing. And the value of the desserts were... not overwhelming. Especially for downtown Kansas city. I highly recommend. The staff were also friendly. Read more
