I had a very interesting experience here while celebrating a friend's birthday. We booked the venue in advance and on the day of... our dinner they told his GF they double booked and we had to give the room to the other party. That's not that big of a deal asin we still had a area to sit and enjoy ourselves. I felt very bad for our server that evening, it seemed that every beer thatwe tried to order they were out of. After 5 trys we got one of the beers they have and ordered our food. After getting ourdrinks we noticed one of the classes the drinks came in was cracked. My friends mother took the glass to the bartender andexplained that the glass was cracked, he looked her dead in the eyes and said " so what's your point?" I'm not sure if this guywas having a bad day, but you should never speak to customers like that. Overall the food we ate was amazing, butunfortunately the front of the house did not meet the same standards. I'm not sure I would recommend this place to a group butthe food was good. Maybe if you're solo and want a drink and a sandwich. Just very confused about the entire experience. Read more

Excellent service. Brian, one of the owners, made it his personal mission to make sure we had a great dinner. And we did! We... came from out of town and wanted a good steak. The strip was fab and Brian talked us into the crab strudel as well, also verygood. With perfect creme brûlée for dessert and a pitcher of blood orange sangria, we were in heaven. Read more

This place is such a gem to Kansas City. It?s eclectic, yet stunning. Half of our guests were traveling in from out of town and... I was so happy to have our wedding reception at a venue that really reflects what we love about this city for us. These guys areso good at what they do and are incredibly helpful. This is a turn key venue, so pricing was very simple and reasonable. Mig andAaron were so accommodating while we planned our reception and made the day so much easier for us!
