Amazing! Server had great recommendations. Started with the dressed egg and popcorn chicken with mayo! Both a must! We had the... Dan Dan bowl with braised pork belly (best pork belly we have ever had and the flavor of the bowl was on point!) Also orderedthe 3 cup mushroom ramen with tofu-spectacular! Also ordered the sake wrench ( loved the adult juice box) and tea thyme! And wecouldn't skip the dessert, bao bites that tasted like a donut with peanut butter coating....so yummy!!! Read more
Came here for lunch only got shareable a but it tasted fantastic. The gao bun was so amazing and flavorful. Slightly greasy but... that’s ok. Also got the pork ???? dumpling. They were very fat and juicy. However, they only give you 5, whereas in the pastthere was up to 7. Really hope they adjusted their prices to reflect 5 instead of 7. Finally, got the boba????. You can’tchoose your flavor and they add way too much ice but the boba itself was perfect (rare in KC). Would like to come try someentrees next time! Read more
Cool ambiance and friendly servers. Seats can be hard and uncomfortable. Food wasn’t bad, but different flavor from my... previous experiences with Taiwanese food. For example, the popcorn chicken wasn’t salty enough for me, and the Dan Dan noodlesdidn’t have the peanut flavor I enjoy for Dan Dan. Also, they don’t serve white rice, only brown! Read more

Always delicious and a great vibe. You *absolutely* need to try Chewology! Shout-out to them for having veg-friendly options... clearly indicated on the menu. I'm personally not a big fan of mushrooms, but I always get the mushroom dumplings, and the TofuBao is delicious! *chefs-kiss* The specials AND the drinks AND the staff never disappoint - looking forward to going back againsoon!
