I visit this location frequently and every visit is awesome. But today was so exceptional that I felt the need to share. I was... in the drive-thru line for breakfast when a gentleman?s car stopped. He was unable to move his vehicle and indicated toeveryone in line and to the employees at the window that he had called a tow truck. Once everyone realized the issue customersbegan backing up slowly in order to clear the drive-through line with (with no issue or frustration). The manager on duty cameout to speak with the gentleman and told him to take his time. She then came and directed traffic in the parking lot and tookthe time to speak with each customer and let them know how orders would be taken and delivered. I was so impressed at how fastthe staff was able to adjust to this issue and make sure that everyone still received the highest quality of service. Chick-fil-A always has A1 service but today was definitely an A+. Keep doing what you do!!! Read more
