Why would online get priority? No Guacamole, reserved for online only. No Chips, reserved for online only. No Corn, didn't prep... enough. Would make more sense to be reserved for in store if your low on stock so that you can tell customers when you areactually out. Sometimes it feels like this store is just treading water. Carry out ordering is a mess. We?ve waited patiently for them to figure this out over the last few years, to still have to wait... 30 minutes for a sloppy burrito covered in salsa on the outside and unlabeled food. I?d hope with the amount of business thislocation gets they?d get this figured out by now or stop quoting carry out meals to be ready in 15 minutes when it takes anhour. Read more
This has to be the WORST managed Chipotle in the KC Area. The only reason I keep coming here is because it is across the street... from my house. This last trip has pushed me to make this review. We just waited in line for 10 minutes to get our food andeverything was cold. The cheese in the quesadilla wasn?t even melted. There was no ice in the coke machine. How do you servecold food? This place has consistently had issues. I will never be coming back here again. The manager just sits there andwatches his staff completely mess up and do giant to go orders while paying customers have to wait in a giant line. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience!!! I?ve getting messed up meals every single time I order from this location ever since... I moved to Liberty. Last time was the worst though! I ordered a burrito bowl through the app (which I ALWAYS do), paid for extraguacamole but my food came with none of it, ordered roasted corn on the side and had none, ordered sour cream and had none,there was barely any meat in it and they put fajita veggies in my meal which I didn?t ask for. I went there the next day to talkto the manager and he told me he could do NOTHING about it, that it wasn?t his fault and he wasn?t going to give my money backor even the extra guac I paid for. He didn?t even apologize for it. So now what? I just paid for a meal that I didn?t want andfor extra add-ons that I didn?t get? I?m very disappointed at this place! I used to love eating at Chipotle but I?m stronglyconsidering quitting because unfortunately now this is the only location close to my new house.
