I would give zero stars if I could. Chipotle has lost me as a customer for life. First of all if orded online they screw up your... order put meat on a veggie burrito. Then I go into today and order in person and ask for queso and was told they were reservingit for online orders only. Not good business practice if you ask me feet in the door are just as important. If i could give this place zero stars I would the staff is extremely rude specifically the dirty looking one with the long oily... hair didn?t catch his name because they don?t wear tags. Was completely rude when I questioned why their meat looked old and hadbeen sitting for a long time tried to charge me for extra cheese which has never happened in years that I have been going tochipotle. Went and got his ?manager? who didn?t try to resolve the situation at all while his employee sat there and laughed.Super rude! Super disrespectful to paying customer needless to say we were so upset about how we were treated we left the foodand establishment with out eating to go to a different place where customer service is actually a thing! Would not recommendthis specific chipotle to anyone. Probably saved ourselves a stomach ache from old meat anyways. Read more

We love Chipotle, but this location was FILTHY. No clean tables, debris everywhere, and the bathrooms had toilet paper all over... the floors. I can?t help but wonder what?s happening behind the scenes if the front of the house is so unkept. Read more
