The most unorganized and disrespectful location. I order online and EVERY SINGLE TIME, they are ?out? of items not listed on the... app and do nothing to correct it, just omit it from your order but charge you for it, (ie, extra guac, salad dressing, extratortilla, etc.) To top it off, I am constantly met with attitude. The last few meals I've had at this location have been terrible, and this one takes the cake. I ordered a Keto steak salad bowl.... Almost no lettuce, overcooked, tough, gristly steak, covered in "guac" made from unripe avocados that was grainy, watery, andincluded huge chunks of rubbery unripe avocado. 90% of the contents hit the trash bin. We stopped in at this location while visiting for the week. It was the best meal we've ever had at a Chipotle. The food was... hot, fresh, flavorful and the portions were generous. The dining area definitely needed some attention though. Read more
