Very Good Customer service. Just Understand that they hire people with a Strong and thick Accent and there are Several Homless... people outside from time to time that will beg for money, chicken, or favors in General which is not their Fault. I hope theyopen the Lobby area soon because Alot of other Churches restaurants are allowing others to come in, order, and dine in dramafree. Read more
I love the deals they offer. Ordered just chicken and it was ready super fast.
Please check your food before you leave. They have a bum waiting at yhe window to beg for change. So of coarse your trying to... hurry up and leave..then to get home and see that they messed up your order. And they give you old food..barely warm. Read more
I'm from Iowa and we try to stop by Church's every time we are in town. Obviously we love the biscuits, the chicken and the... rest of the sides are alright. We were passing through KC and planned on getting Church's for lunch, ordered the Texas Grandemeal and extra biscuits. We got a few miles down the road and discover we didn't get our extra 6 piece biscuit. At this point Iwas not going to turn around to go back. We should have double checked the bag, but I'm disappointed it wasn't right in thefirst place. Read more
