Worst experience ever. I usually praise the quality of food and service, although it's a pricey fast food restaurant. Bit this... time was highly offensive. I used the app on line. Paid for it in advance. Shared my location as instructed by the app.Confirmed restaurant location. Arrived. They had order on their computer. So although I had a time stamped digital receipt,showed I had shared my location with that restaurant, they refused to fulfill my order. The young lady working the countercalled her manager, who was incredibly rude!!! The manager told her to tell me to bad. It's not in the computer. When I startedto respond she told the employee to call the police? WOW ????.. I have worked the service industry my whole life. I have nevertreated a customer like that. I would never treat a customer like that. That manager, a female, in bannister road, in South KC,should be fired. And I'm not a hater. Usually I'm a empathizer.. too much of one. The person that took our order sounded as if they just woke up, there was no one at the drive through except for us but took... like 10 minutes to get our meal (thought our burger would be fresh due to time? WRONG) COLD burger, they had no ketchup, we askfor buffalo sauce and didn?t get the buffalo sauce, some fries were super hot and some were stale as if new and old fries weremixed together, and the teen boy that brought our burger to us looked like my 10 year old after getting in trouble. Literallydragged his feet with a mad/annoyed face and when we say thank you he rolls his eyes and just turns back around. I feel I paid to much for food that wasn't good. I was excited to go get food that I had a taste for to get what I order... It wasn't good to me .I really wanted a shake to go with my meal.My food was cold. The shake was like drinking milk.Later Igot sick. To me I feel when I go out to eat I don't just want food I want my food to taste good and make me want to come back.This is every time I go.So I don't think I will be returning back anytime soon. Never thought I'd review a Hardee's, but I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this Bannister location. The neighboring... Wendy's told me they were closed about 10 minutes early, so I went to the still-open Hardee's to fulfill my ailing mom's wishfor fries and they graciously served me at 9:50something. The lady I interacted with was pleasant, despite the late hour. Ireally liked their fries, curly fries, and jalapeño poppers! Read more

Drove to my nearest Hardee's because I was hungry for their Mushroom & Swiss Burger. Ordered it, young lady asked me what drink.... I said Rootbeer, she said they don't carry it. I said Dr Pepper l, out of it. She said how about Cherry Coke, settled for it.Drove to window, paid got my food and drove to a parking spot. Open my sandwich and had a Frisco Angus Burger. Decided to eat itbut drove back to the window to let them know. Ladies were very nice and were going to give me what I paid for. Told them Ididn't need anymore food. Just wanted to let them know.
