It's McDonald's, you know what you're getting. And I know that most of their efforts are on drive thru, especially post... pandemic. But, I went in to order and the place was pretty filthy. It was a late afternoon visit, not peak meal rush. Everytable had sticky stuff on it. The kiosk didn't print a receipt for anyone and they kept calling orders by number...but withouta receipt nobody knew what number they were. But it a reasonably cheap burger that is perfectly adequate.l so it's not like youshould avoid it, it just would be nice if someone cared enough to wipe off the tables ever hour or so. Read more
Waited for 39 minutes in the drive through and the worker was extremely rude and seemed like she didn't want to be bothered.... Definitely don't waste your time. I only waited because I didn't eat all day and had to hurry up to my next stop. Just gosomewhere else. Read more
Ghetto!! I was picking up an order drive-through was long so I came in soon as I did.. the coworkers was getting into it about... to fight they look like some teenagers most of them they had street clothes on very unprofessional!!me waiting in the line withabout seven other customers they gave a customer their drink without a top lid he literally ? asked for a top lid for his drinkand the worker had the nerve to give him the one he already had in his hand playing with!! I couldn?t believe it so did thecustomer I was ready to leave at that point they took so long I had to cancel the order I will recommend no one go to this one!the service is so bad!!! and need to be closed or new management need to take over this place! They'll make up BS reasons why they're closed. People just sleep in the lobby. Usual rudeness. They also won't give you a refund... if you don't get your food. The Broadway one is the best and only 4 minutes away. Unless you hate yourself, go to that one. Read more

I come to this store 3-4 times a week for breakfast and this was the 3rd time I experienced receiving the wrong order. I came... back later in the day with the receipt AND the food to get a refund. The drive through attendant was rude and told me I had toreturn the next day to talk to a general manager about a refund. I asked if she couldn't take care of this because it was $2.23and I repeated asks at the speaker because there was silence from her. To be clear, there was NO RESPONSE after severalattempts. She continued taking orders on the other drive through speaker. I gave up since I didn't have the energy to comeinside and talk to anyone. Plain and simple these employees just don't care and will ignore you outright if there's a problem.It will be my last time at this location. Such poor service. Read more
